October 2026 update summary

4th October, 2026

Move phone numbers between agents

Move a number from the destination agent’s attachment picker. Review the current owner, stage the move, and save it. Live calls block either direction; unfinished outbound batches and active workflows can also block an outbound move.

Concurrent batch calling

Multiple batches can run concurrently in one workspace. The former one-batch restriction and nearby-schedule warning are removed. Available concurrency and call-start capacity still control dialing.

Change a batch From number

Choose another outbound number of the same agent for a draft, scheduled, or paused batch. Wait for in-progress calls before changing a paused batch. Undialed calls and parked retries use the new number.

Batch phone number API

Use PATCH /v1/batch-calls/{id}/phone-number to change an eligible batch’s number. The reference explains the empty API-key success response and how to verify the saved selection.

Publishing with running batches

Publishing a draft can continue while batches run. The dashboard identifies running batches that keep their version; publishing does not apply the new prompt or voice settings to those batches.

Recipient templates and name cleanup

Download templates using the selected published version’s variables, including supported transfer destinations. AI Name Cleanup now accepts up to 2,100 contacts; larger uploads skip that step.

Auto-recharge across workspaces

Auto-recharge is available across workspaces. Credit top-ups must be at least ₹1,000 and no more than ₹12,000, meet the balance threshold, and fit the payment mandate ceiling after GST.

Soniox voices and saved speed

Soniox voices are available across workspaces. When a voice or speed changes, recognized cascaded providers keep the saved speed within their supported range.

Sarvam fallback transcription rate

Sarvam fallback transcription is configured at ₹0 per minute. The primary transcription rate is unchanged; verify the workspace rate preview.

Refresh Call History

Use Refresh to reload Call History without resetting the current filters. Called at, Agent name, From, and To labels make call context easier to read.

Account email preferences

Confirm unsubscribe from an email to stop its optional category. Account emails about payments, failing calls, and phone numbers remain available. Batch results stay in Call History.

External MCP response privacy

External MCP responses mask credentials and omit internal fields. Memory results omit member messages and decision reasons. Link SIP trunks in the dashboard. Phone-number moves and batch-number changes are covered by the regenerated catalog.
