Added the current reminder message toggle, interval rules, silence limit interaction, validation guidance, and dashboard screenshot.

Transfer reporting and call exports

Native Wati connection and templates

Added IVR Agent guidance and current dashboard screenshots for DTMF menus, digit collection, published-agent handoffs, static prompt audio, timing, publish validation, phone testing, and billing boundaries. The runtime now retries transient cached-audio fetch errors so menu prompts are less likely to be delayed by a temporary cache connection problem.

Workflow custom HTTP functions

Added Custom Function node guidance and a dashboard screenshot for public HTTP requests, lead-variable templates, response paths, timeouts, size and redirect limits, and required Success and Failure routes. Regenerated the related Workflow MCP tool descriptions from backend source.

Exact speech and tool execution controls

Updated Conversational Flow Agents with the Static Sentence node, exact 1,000-character text behavior, variable substitution, branches, and a dashboard screenshot. Updated agent integration guidance for during-execution holding speech and optional after-execution speech.

Speech and model compatibility defaults

Updated LLM fallback guidance for the 200 ms default, tool-calling compatibility, and predictive preprocessing behavior. Updated transcriber guidance for Soniox and Flux defaults, Deepgram language compatibility, the 0 ms fallback STT wait, and the current voice-volume scale.

Call outcomes and privacy evidence

Added SIP authentication, unreachable trunk, and unallocated-number end reasons across Statuses, Call History, and SIP Trunking. Clarified default summary behavior and the nested artifacts removed by sensitive data deletion.

Agent API and MCP contract updates

Updated the v1 agent contract for IVR_Agent, ivr_menu, 150-character version titles, 200 ms LLM fallback examples, and supports_tool_calling. Updated India number-search guidance for Bangalore, Bengaluru, and Mumbai fallback codes, then regenerated and validated the 97-tool MCP reference.

Public v1 reads and legacy route retirement

Added public v1 reference pages for organization folders, phone number pricing, phone country rules, and enabled network groups. Updated migration and error guidance because retired unversioned routes can now return 404 Not Found.
