Updated the Quickstart with the required publish step, corrected request and response examples, and added resource lifecycle overviews, reliability guidance, and TypeScript and Python workflows. Every v1 endpoint now shows an in-page read, state-change, billable, or destructive safety badge, and CI validates all 49 operations against their examples and MDX bindings.
