Before You Begin

Manage An Existing Connection
Open the connected provider’s action menu to find Disconnect. Check which agents and workflows use the connection before removing it. After connecting or reconnecting, validate the connection and test an appropriate action before resuming dependent work.Provider Credential Requirements

Connect And Validate
1
Open Integrations
Choose the provider row, such as Wati or Resend.
2
Enter required credentials
Add the required provider fields. For Wati, use the API key and instance endpoint from the same account. For Resend, include the from email that should send messages.
3
Save the connection
Save credentials before wiring workflows or agent actions.
4
Validate
Confirm the provider accepts the connection. Validation failure is cheaper here than inside a live campaign.
5
Use one test action
Run a small workflow or action test and inspect invocation evidence.
6
Sync Wati templates when applicable
A Wati connection does not automatically make new templates selectable. Use Sync from Wati after connecting and after approved templates change.
