FAQ

Pricing questions,
answered.

Pilot budgets are offered at ₹1L, ₹1.6L, and ₹2.5L. Our managed service fee is ₹30K per month, covering setup, agent build, integration, and our service layer, but it is waived in full for every pilot budgeted at ₹1L or above. So on every current tier, the entire amount converts to call minutes at ₹5/min: a ₹1L pilot gets approximately 20,000 minutes, a ₹1.6L pilot gets approximately 32,000 minutes, and a ₹2.5L pilot gets approximately 50,000 minutes.

The pilot window opens on kickoff day and runs for one calendar month. All minutes must be consumed within that window. Unused minutes are forfeited at the end of the month. The 2–4 week build and run timeline is designed to fit comfortably within this window.

At ₹1L+, the volume commitment signals a serious production intent. We absorb the ₹30K/month service fee because the relationship is more likely to convert to a long-term plan, and the minutes volume justifies it.

Pulse billing rounds call duration up to the nearest interval. At 60s pulse, a 10-second call costs you 60 seconds. At 30s pulse on Growth, the same call costs 30 seconds. At roughly 24,000 billed minutes a month, the resolution improvement adds up significantly.

Pay As You Go covers India, US, and 200+ countries. Growth expands this to include Canada, Australia, Brazil, UK, Germany, Greenland, and more countries not available on the base plan. Enterprise offers full global coverage with custom geography options. Reach out if you have a specific requirement.

Yes. The per-minute plan rate covers DialNexa's orchestration layer. LLM, synthesis (ElevenLabs), transcription (Deepgram / Soniox), and Plivo telephony are each billed separately at the per-minute rates shown in the rate card. Growth plan gets lower line-item rates across all components versus Pay As You Go. Enterprise rates are set in a single consolidated custom quote.

Growth is priced at ₹1,00,000 per month for roughly 24,000 billed minutes, with a minimum commitment of 6 months and monthly payments. The exact effective usage depends on your call mix and pulse billing, so billed-minute consumption can vary by call duration profile.

Concurrency is the number of live calls your workspace can run at the same time. Pay As You Go includes concurrency of 2, with temporary expansion up to 20 based on available resources. Growth includes concurrency of 10 and can be expanded to 40 when needed. Enterprise concurrency is planned per deployment based on your traffic profile, geographies, and SLA requirements.

If you expect a temporary surge, let us know ahead of time and we can expand concurrency based on available capacity. For larger or recurring spikes, we usually recommend moving to Growth or Enterprise so concurrency can be planned more predictably around your peak traffic windows.

Yes. DialNexa supports multiple LLM providers and model families. The rate card lists the most commonly used OpenAI models, and we also support other models across OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic depending on your workflow, latency target, language quality needs, and budget. If the exact model you want is not listed yet, reach out and we can scope it for your deployment.

Yes. You can run different model stacks across agents or use cases. For example, one workflow can use a lower-cost LLM and another can use a more capable model, with separate voice and transcription providers depending on language mix, latency needs, or call quality expectations.

TTS is billed separately from the core DialNexa plan rate. The rate card shows the most common voice synthesis providers we actively use, and additional providers can be enabled based on your quality, language, latency, or branding requirements. Your final cost depends on the provider and voice model selected for the deployment.

STT is also billed separately from the core plan rate. Different transcription providers perform differently across accents, noise conditions, and mixed-language calls, so the provider is usually chosen based on production accuracy and latency targets rather than only list price.

On Enterprise, yes. We can support bring-your-own-carrier and custom telephony setups where needed. On Pay As You Go and Growth, the standard deployment typically uses our supported telephony stack and number provisioning process for faster launch and simpler support.

Yes. We are live in 200+ countries, though exact coverage and number availability depend on the provider, call direction, and local regulations. If you need specific countries, number types, or compliance constraints, we can confirm support during solutioning.

Yes. The DialNexa per-minute plan rate covers the orchestration layer, while telephony, LLM, TTS, and STT line items scale based on the stack you use. That means two agents on the same plan can have different effective per-minute cost depending on provider selection and workflow complexity.

Enterprise onboarding includes dedicated setup of your full environment, migration of any existing call infrastructure or data, and structured training for your team, all included in your contract at no additional cost.

Yes. Most customers start on Pay As You Go after the pilot and move to Growth once volume stabilises. There's no lock-in on Pay As You Go, and Growth can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
