# Delete Agent Evaluation Test

> Delete an agent evaluation test to remove a saved non-Core definition from the test list.

Delete an agent evaluation test to remove a saved non-Core definition from the test list. This does not delete the agent.

## Delete Agent Evaluation Test

Use [List Agent Evaluation Tests](https://dialnexa.com/docs/api-reference/v1/eval-tests/list.md) to confirm the test ID and `template_id`. Core tests cannot be deleted with this operation.

## Minimal request

No request body is needed. Supply the agent and test IDs in the path.

## Verify the result

A successful deletion returns `204` with no response body. List tests again and confirm the test is absent.

## Errors and recovery

`400` means the test is a Core test: use its dashboard enable/disable control where available. `404` means the agent or active test was not found. A repeated delete returns `404` once deletion has succeeded; verify the list before retrying.
